1. Return Eligibility

  • Clear photos and an unboxing video must be provided as proof.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Used, washed, or altered products.

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale products.

  • Hygiene-sensitive products where applicable.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your Order Number, reason for return, and supporting photos/videos.

  3. Our team will review your request within 2–5 business days.

  4. If approved, return instructions will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Shipping charges, cash-on-delivery charges, and handling fees are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by Worldo.

5. Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

7. Dropshipping Disclaimer

Worldo operates on a dropshipping model. Product fulfillment may be handled by third-party suppliers. Delivery times, returns, and replacements may vary depending on supplier policies. However, Worldo remains committed to providing customer support throughout the process.
